EUROPA UNITA @ KONZERTHAUs BERLIN
Our project, ALMA MUSICA, began in Italy from June 6 to June 22 with initial rehearsals and four captivating concerts.
The German phase culminated in Berlin with a grand concert of EUROPA UNITA at the Konzerthaus Berlin, featuring the incredible talents of mezzosoprano Ricarda Gross Khachaturian, along with the OBBA Oboe Band and Maestro Serena Gani, from July 1 to July 7.
We were honored to have Anna Bertoglio, Primo Consigliere dell'Ambasciata Italiana a Berlino, present as a delegate of His Excellency Armando Varricchio, and Francesca Moschitta, Reggente dell'Istituto Italiano di Cultura.
Heartfelt thanks to all my friends and supporters for joining us and making this experience truly unforgettable!
And thanks to photographer Stephan Pramme for the stunning photos and visual documentation of our concert.

What a joy it was uniting my voice with the OBBA Oboe Band under the direction of Oboist Serena Gani.
Our first concert tour in Italy, supported by the European Union, was an incredibly rewarding and unforgettable experience.
With the completion of this first phase of the project, we are excited that OBBA will now travel to Berlin to embark on the next stage of our collaboration!

My friendship with the accomplished oboist Serena Gani, which began when we were academic students, has been a constant in my Life & artistic journey.
Twenty years later we find ourselves united in the creation of ALMA MUSICA, an ambitious project that was selected by the European Commission as part of the funding to support European cultural mobility.
Thus was born an international collaboration with the double reed orchestra OBBA Oboe Band:
the first phase will begin in Italy on June 7th and will end on July 6th in Germany, with a concert in one of the most important places of classical music, the Konzerthaus in Berlin.

As all my friends & supporters know, i always had a big passion for operetta and opéra bouffe as i am a very funny and positive person :-)
Until now my paths unfortunately didn’t lead me so much in this musical direction. Therefore i am even more happy to announce that my interpretation and videos of Orlovsky and Grande-Duchesse de Gérolstein were selected for the semifinals in the Fiorenza Cedolins Competition 2022 in the Operetta category.
I feel very honoured for being the only german singer in this competition and the only mezzosoprano competing in the operetta category!
